FOUR WAYS WE HELP

From inspection to first delivery.

Understand What You Inherited

Our technicians can help you make sense of the heating, cooling, fuel, and equipment already in your home, what’s working well, what deserves attention, and what you should know going forward.

Get Ahead Before Closing

Buying a home? We can help evaluate major heating and cooling equipment before you close so you have a clearer picture of its condition and fewer surprises after move-in.

Get Fuel Service Set Up

If your home uses heating oil or propane, we’ll help get delivery service established, confirm the right setup for the property, and make sure everything is ready for dependable service.

Plan What Comes Next

If equipment is aging, inefficient, or no longer right for the home, we’ll help you understand your options and recommend upgrades based on the house, not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Unsure what systems your new home has?

That’s okay. We’ll help you figure it out. Whether you need a walkthrough of your home’s heating, cooling, and fuel systems, help setting up fuel delivery, or guidance on what may need attention, our team can help you understand your home and what to do next.

NEW HOMEOWNER CHECKLIST

Move in with confidence.

Your heating, cooling, and fuel systems are easy to overlook during a move. A few simple checks now can help you understand what you inherited, catch potential issues early, and know what to do when you need service.

  • Know how your home is heated — heating oil, propane, natural gas, electric, or a combination.
  • Find the age and model of your major equipment — furnace, boiler, water heater, central AC, and heat pumps.
  • Review recent service history and find out whether any maintenance or service plans are active.
  • Locate your thermostat and controls and make sure you understand how the system is programmed.
  • Know where the important shutoffs are for fuel, water, and electricity.
  • Understand the condition of your equipment and what may need maintenance, repair, or replacement in the years ahead.
  • Set up fuel delivery if your home uses heating oil or propane so service is in place before you need it.
